The S4 (Smart Specialization Strategy for Sustainability) of Navarra

is the economic transformation agenda to achieve the vision in 2030.

The strategy defines:

  • Thematic priorities based on the economic, science and technology potential of the region
  • The use of smart policies focused on those priorities in order to maximise the regional development
  • Through a participating methodology and a continuous tracking system
